Hi, I’m Lara Henderson, LMT, CLT, CMF- A licensed massage therapist, certified lymphedema therapist, and certified mastectomy fitter. I help people detox, feel lighter, heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually after surgery, and navigate lymphedema with confidence.
